Chris Dodd, Chairman
Chris is a senior partner at PwC and has almost 30 years of accounting and finance experience. Chris is married to Bernadette with five lovely and mostly teenage daughters. Chris consults to clients in the ASX100 across Mining, Infrastructure, Health and many other industries. Chris spent two years working in the UK and shorter stints in Asia and Africa. Chris has worked with several sporting associations including Cricket Australia, Richmond Football Club and the AFLCA. At grass roots level, Chris is a life member of Bentleigh Uniting Cricket Club, and a member of Metropolitan Golf Club. Always happy to eat, Chris was also a partner in an inner-city restaurant for 8 years. Andrew is a successful business leader, thought leader and passionate philanthropist with over 25 years of retail, leadership, strategic and management experience. He believes in business, government and charities working together to support Australian communities. Andrew is also Board Member for the Essendon Football Club and is Co-founder of the national Best Friends Pet Supercentres chain. Mr Muir is also a former Board Member of Starlight Foundation Victoria and a former Rotarian. Andrew contributes to numerous community groups and regularly presents to business groups and tertiary institutions. He has also supported other programs such as Neighbourhood Watch, helped fund the Starlight Foundation Room at The Royal Children's Hospital and provided support to the Paralympic Training Base in Tullamarine.
Oliver is a practicing lawyer with over 26 years' experience in a variety of corporate roles. He currently runs his own consulting business, and was previously a Director of the Chartered Accounting firm KPMG where he managed its Corporate Secretarial Group. Prior to that, he was a senior legal officer with ASIC.
Oliver is an experienced company secretary and is currently company secretary of a number of listed, unlisted and government owned companies, ranging from Pental Limited to the not for profit Melbourne Symphony Orchestra Pty Ltd.
