A new evaluation of Jamie's cooking program shows it is effective in achieving long term behaviour change relating to preparation and consumption of food. Recent results from Deakin and Melbourne University's research of Victorian participants show that Jamie's Ministry of Food resulted in positive sustained impacts in participants cooking confidence; and healthy eating behaviours, including increased fruit and veg consumption and a decrease in the consumption of fast food.
