All parents are familiar with the 'juggle' -- trying to balance kids, family, work, life and home, but throw a global pandemic into the mix and parents are facing a whole new world of challenges. COVID-19 has brought with it additional child care responsibilities, home schooling, working from home obligations and the struggles of isolation.
Whilst we're home in isolation, and heading into winter, what better opportunity to keep kids busy than to teach them the lifelong skill of learning how to cook! Getting kids in the kitchen and showing them how to prepare simple and healthy meals can really set them up for a future where they are able to make informed choices about what they eat and how they can take control of their health.
