Join us for our 5 week course inspired by Jamie Oliver's best selling '5 Ingredients - Quick & Easy Food' and learn how to bake, grill, saute, boil & roast using fresh, quality ingredients and gain confidence in the kitchen!

The program is available at a heavily subsidised fee thanks to the generosity of our corporate and government partners, ensuring that everybody can learn the essential skills of cooking. As the fees are heavily subsidised they do not reflect the full cost of the course.

Concession: $10 per class

Students: $15 per class

Adults: $30 per class 

Who can participate?

The minimum age to participate is 12 years; participants aged between 12 and 15 must be under the direct supervision of a parent/guardian or carer at all times during the classes with a maximum ratio of one parent/guardian to every three children.

Parent/guardians may participate in the course by making a separate booking and payment.

Participants with special needs or a disability that require a carer/support worker must also be enrolled in the class. Special needs carers must be enrolled on a ratio of one carer for each participant with special needs. If you have a disability or special access requirements, please indicate this during the booking process so that a member of staff can contact you to discuss how your needs can be met.
